Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Despatch Time: within 48hrs
    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
    • Cost: Free Shipping within India
    • Sale items: Rs. 100 will be charged on sale items
    • Return Shipping/ Exchange Pick Up: at an additional cost as per zone (please refer to refund and refund policy)
  • Express Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
    • Cost: ₹250 flat rate

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, and courier delays

International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. For international orders, please contact our customer service team at info@ultapulta.co.in for further assistance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from www.ultapulta.co.in with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our courier partner's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at hello@ultapulta.co.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
